✨ Reach out to influencers and creators
✨ Engage and coordinate with them for campaigns and jobs
✨ Negotiate rates and manage collaborations
✨ Help out during content shoots when needed
✨ Answer influencer questions and keep communication smooth
✨ Create campaign briefs that are clear and fun to follow
✨ Write simple reports and keep track of campaign progress

You’ll be spending a lot of time on social media, so being familiar and comfortable with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu is important. We’ll also teach you how to use our software, so as long as you’re open to learning, you’ll do great.

We’d love someone who actively follows local Malaysian influencers and keeps up with social media trends. Having your own social media following is a bonus, but not a must. Being comfortable appearing on our social media content is definitely important.

You should also be open to calling, texting, and DM-ing influencers as part of the role.

There will occasionally be weekend or night work depending on campaign needs or events. If that happens, overtime will be paid, and we’ll always try to inform you as early as possible.
