Job Description
1) Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify and recruit TikTok creators (micro to mid-tier KOLs)
Approach potential affiliates via TikTok, Telegram, email, and outreach platforms
Onboard affiliates into TikTok Shop Affiliate Program
Provide them with product brief, angles, USP & selling scripts
2) Campaign Management
Launch monthly affiliate campaigns (new SKU, promo, payday, mega sales)
Sending sample to the affiliate
Track performance by SKU, creator, ROI, and conversion rate
3) Performance Optimization
Monitor daily GMV, traffic, CTR & ROI
Suggest bundle deals or promo mechanics to improve conversion
Job Requirements
What we're looking for
- Final year degree or diploma student who is taking marketing, business, multimedia, or any related course.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Ability to work in a team
