Key Responsibilities

<li>Recruit new affiliates / KOLs and act as the main point of contact for them&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide necessary marketing materials&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support Xiaohongshu (小红书) and social media collaborations with influencers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing &amp; sales) to align campaign objectives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with terms &amp; conditions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle product sample requests for affiliates in a timely manner</li>
