Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Coordinator to support our daily operations, with a strong focus on Xiaohongshu (小红书), affiliate marketing, and KOL collaborations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about social media, influencers, and growing within the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit new affiliates / KOLs and act as the main point of contact for them 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and provide necessary marketing materials 
• Support Xiaohongshu (小红书) and social media collaborations with influencers 
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing & sales) to align campaign objectives 
• Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with terms & conditions 
• Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns 
• Prepare and reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports 
• Handle product sample requests for affiliates in a timely manner

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce or related field 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (preferred), English and Malay for liaising with KOLs / affiliates 
• Interest in affiliate marketing, Xiaohongshu, KOL or social media 
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage 
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets 
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
