Job Description

  • Drive sales and business development for training programs and HRDF-claimable courses
     
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, and key decision-makers
     
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into confirmed participants
     
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to promote training programs
     
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to support program launches and campaigns
     
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure smooth enrollment and follow-up processes
     
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts in CRM systems
     
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in corporate sales, preferably in training, HRD Corp programs, or education sales
     
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
     
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
     
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
     
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting
     
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
