<h2>Job Purpose: &nbsp;</h2>The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.<h2> Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Assist in creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.</li><li>Implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners and carry out marketing programs to support product group objectives.</li><li>Developing an understanding of markets, customers’ needs and competition.</li><li>Assist in designing effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfilment and inventory obsolescence minimization.</li><li>Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.</li><li>Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships, ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction</li><li>Support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Team.</li><li>In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.</li></ul><h2> Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</h2><ul><li>&gt;3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience&nbsp;is required.</li><li>Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/Business Studies/Engineering or other relevant course of study or Equivalent</li><li>Possesses strong data entry skills.</li><li>Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.</li><li>Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.</li><li>Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.</li><li>Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.</li><li>Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.</li><li>Able to create and conduct formal presentations.</li><li>Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers &amp; above)</li><li>Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.</li><li>Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.</li><li>Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.</li><li>Able to work independently with minimum supervision.</li><li>Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.</li><li>Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.</li><li>Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.</li><li>Able to effectively multi-task.</li></ul><h2>Working Conditions:</h2><ul><li>Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.</li><li>Frequent Travel Required (25%).</li></ul> TD SYNNEX Statements:<ul><li>TD SYNNEX is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
