Kärcher established its Malaysian subsidiary, Kärcher Cleaning Systems Sdn Bhd, in 1997. The company has since grown to a team of over 90 employees across various departments. Kärcher Malaysia operates Kärcher Centres in:​

o Define and execute comprehensive product strategies, encompassing market analysis, product roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
o Managed the product portfolio, optimizing performance through data-driven analysis and strategic adjustments to sales and marketing programs.
o Conduct in-depth product performance reviews, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Market Intelligence &amp; Competitive Analysis:
o Led market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive threats.
o Translated market intelligence into actionable product strategies, informing product development and go-to-market plans.
o Provided regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management on market dynamics and competitive positioning.
New Product Development &amp; Launch:
o Develop and execute successful new product launch plans, including market segmentation, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Communication:
