• Gain insights into customers trends, preference & behaviour for necessary sales strategy adjustment to optimise customer experiences.
• Lead in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches.
• Key account management, lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Be customer-centric, provide excellent sales solutions and service experience to customers.
• Customer acquisition & retention, planning and delivering CRM strategies with a view to convert potential customers, retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty.
• Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.

Job Requirements

• SPM level & above. Bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read).
• Minimum 3 years experience with top sales results in any industries.
• Strategic management thinking, strong leadership skills, and a wealth of CRM experience.
• Result-oriented, Strong problem-solving skill and always keep striving for excellence.
