Job Description
We are looking for an Executive, Shipping (Import) to support our import operations. You will handle shipment coordination, documentation, and liaise with shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Job Requirements
- Coordinate and monitor import shipments to ensure timely arrival
- Prepare and manage shipping documents & customs clearance
- Liaise with vessel agents, surveyors, forwarders, and service providers
- Support vessel operations (loading & discharging)
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms, maritime laws, customs regulations, and internal SOPs
- Assist in resolving shipment-related issues and support trade execution
- Handle matters related to MIDA endorsement applications
- Ensure proper handling and compliance of SST (Sales & Service Tax) documentation and requirements
