Position Overview
We are looking for a Brand Activation &amp; Events Executive who will be responsible for planning and executing brand activities that connect Teemi with parents and children.
This role focuses on events, retail activations, community programs, and brand experiences that strengthen Teemi’s presence in the market.
If you enjoy organizing events, coordinating logistics, and seeing your plans come to life, this role will be a great fit.

<ins>RESPONSIBILITY:</ins>
Event Planning &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute brand events such as roadshows, mall activations, school events, and parenting workshops</li>
<li>Coordinate event logistics including venue, vendors, setup, manpower, and materials</li>
<li>Ensure all events deliver a positive and memorable brand experience</li>
</ul>
Retail &amp; Brand Activations
<ul>
<li>Support retail partners with in-store events and promotional activations</li>
<li>Coordinate product demonstrations and engagement activities at retail locations</li>
<li>Assist in executing seasonal campaigns such as Back-to-School events</li>
</ul>
Community Engagement
<ul>
<li>Organize parent-child activities and community programs aligned with Teemi’s mission</li>
<li>Support initiatives under the WeCare program and other brand engagement activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with parent communities and education-related partners</li>
</ul>
Campaign &amp; Activity Execution
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and product launch events</li>
<li>Assist in planning event schedules, timelines, and educational activities</li>
</ul>
Vendor &amp; Budget Coordination
<ul>
<li>Source and coordinate with event vendors and service providers</li>
<li>Manage quotations, event budgets, and cost control</li>
<li>Ensure smooth event execution within budget and timeline</li>
</ul>
