Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Founder Content & Media Executive to work closely with our Founder in building meaningful content and managing the Founder’s online presence across multiple platforms.

This role focuses on transforming the Founder’s ideas, experiences, and public talks into engaging content while managing the Founder’s social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS and other founder accounts.

You will play an important role in growing the Founder’s voice, strengthening professional networks, and connecting with communities through authentic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1..Founder Content Creation

• Work closely with the Founder to develop meaningful content ideas and storytelling angles.
• Assist in structuring scripts and talking points for videos and posts.
• Capture content during filming sessions, sharing sessions, or daily moments.
• Transform one idea or talk into multiple content pieces across platforms.

2. Founder Social Media Management

• Manage the Founder’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, XHS and other founder accounts).
• Plan content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules.
• Ensure the Founder’s messaging and tone remain consistent across platforms.
• Identify opportunities to grow professional networks and engagement.

3. Content Strategy & Performance

• Monitor content performance and audience engagement.
• Suggest improvements to strengthen content impact and reach.
• Keep up with social media trends and apply relevant ideas where appropriate.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields.
• Strong command of Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written). English proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience or strong interest in social media content creation.
• Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu is a plus.
• Strong storytelling ability and interest in personal branding content.
• Highly organized with strong planning and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, proactive, and able to translate ideas into structured content.
• Based in Penang or willing to relocate to Penang.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia when required.
