Job Description
- Pre-Q submission, tendering & Estimating
- SC procurement and administration
- Materials ordering and controlling
- Progress claim and cash flow monitoring
- Overall cost control, final accounts settlement and other QS functions
- To carry out Ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in, Building Quantity / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years working experience in construction/ property development.
- Familiar with contract administration procedure
- Possess good communication & computer skills
