<li>Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including air, sea, and land freight.</li>
<li>Handle shipment documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations).</li>
<li>Monitor shipment schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve delays or issues with carriers.</li>
<li>Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Track and update shipment status to clients and maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and Incoterms.</li>
<li>Support the sales team and agents with freight quotations and operations-related information.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other business functions</li>
<li>Continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.</li>
