<li>Handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.</li>

Cinema Operations

<li>Ensure the cinema is clean, safe, and comfortable.</li>
<li>Help manage queues and crowd flow during busy times.</li>
<li>Work with the team to keep things running smoothly.</li>
</ul>
Social Media &amp; Online Engagement
<ul>
<li>Share updates, promotions, and fun content on TGV’s platforms.</li>
<li>Help monitor online feedback and report issues to the manager.</li>
</ul>
Feedback &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Record customer feedback and report issues.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction.</li>
