As the Property Maintenance Executive at Cozyhomes (part of The Makeover Guys), you will ensure that our unit is in tip top condition. You will focus on coordinating, hands-on work, and client servicing. Your work will directly impact the quality of the designer units. What You’ll Do:

<li>Coordinate with the technicians, clients, tenants, and building management to carry out maintenance work</li>
<li>Work on processing warranty claims&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct site inspection and perform minor repair work (eg. plumbing and wiring; training will be provided)</li>
<li>Schedule, apply permit, and make quotations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Schedule for repairing work, site inspection and restaging work</li>
<li>Oversee and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time</li>
</ol>

Working Arrangement: 
On-site. Work closely with our Tenancy Executives, Operation Executives and Site Officers.&nbsp;
