Job Description

As the Site Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee the onsite renovation work. You will focus on taking care of the project’s timeline. Your work will directly impact the quality of the completed units. 

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage projects at site which includes scheduling, implementation, control, reporting, resolving disputes to ensure smooth completion of the projects. Oversee and monitor the project timeline, quality, and budget
2. To coordinate with developers and main contractors, vendors, logistic agents and any parties related to projects.
3. Conduct site visits to ensure smooth operations. Update project team for any developments that has deviated from the original plan or scheduling. 
4. Monitor & ensure the workmanship quality finishing for all installations. 
5. Work closely with our Interior Styling Designers on the execution of their designs 
6. Ensure the unit is clean during the renovation process until handing over.
7. Order, receive and manage deliveries 
8. Perform simple repair and installation work
9. Practice quality control check-ups to ensure projects can be handed over to clients in top-notch condition
10. Additional ad-hoc tasks 

Working Arrangement:

Hybrid. Work closely with our Corporate Project Consultants, Corporate Project Executives, Interior Styling Designer, Project Manager, and other Site Executives.

Job Requirements

1. Passion in interior design, architecture, or project management (site)
2. Experienced in site management or construction/renovation work is a plus!
3. Great communication skills, and ability to work with internal teams and external parties
4. Great attitude, a team player who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
5. Great project management and problem-solving skills, and able to multitask
6. Have your own car
