Job Description

  • Diagnosing problems with damaged watches and fix problem
  • Effectively restore operation of watch
  • Service, repair and overhaul of analogue, quartz and automatic watches
  • Maintain high standard of repair work - precision, skilled workmanship, thorough inspection
  • Ensure test equipment used are calibrated
  • Work closely with other technicians and Customer Service Support staff-spare parts


Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of watch repair experience is preferred, ideally at a Technician level
  • Able to carry out difficult and delicate work without supervision. To enhance service skill, training will be provided
  • Willing to learn and ability to work independently, a strong ethic & good team player
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking & strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about watches / timepieces
  • Able to travel and work away from office, if necessary
