Job Description
- Diagnosing problems with damaged watches and fix problem
- Effectively restore operation of watch
- Service, repair and overhaul of analogue, quartz and automatic watches
- Maintain high standard of repair work - precision, skilled workmanship, thorough inspection
- Ensure test equipment used are calibrated
- Work closely with other technicians and Customer Service Support staff-spare parts
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of watch repair experience is preferred, ideally at a Technician level
- Able to carry out difficult and delicate work without supervision. To enhance service skill, training will be provided
- Willing to learn and ability to work independently, a strong ethic & good team player
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking & strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about watches / timepieces
- Able to travel and work away from office, if necessary
