As a Governance Strategy Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform adheres to regulatory requirements while driving strategic improvements. Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth analyses to identify the root cause of issues, consolidate findings and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for products, content, sellers, and creators. Drive continuous improvement in platform product compliance. - Implement policies to mitigate platform risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy enforcement. - Monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps and areas for improvement in policy execution. Propose actionable solutions to address identified problems. - Supporting the MY and SG GNE team operations in policies/strategies execution.
