<li>Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules</li>
<li>Manage and update purchasing records and inventory system</li>
<li>Able to source new items with higher quality and lower cost.</li>
<li>Control outlet overall food &amp; beverage costing.</li>
<li>Submit monthly costing report within dateline provided.</li>
<li>Monthly audit on outlet inventory.</li>
<li>Communicate with outlet managers to keep update on stock issues.</li>
<li>Support the department manager in completing other procurement-related tasks</li>
