Customer Service

Shop Operations
a) Management of POS Machine operations and credit transactions
b) Record keeping and stocking of merchandise
c) Replenishment of merchandise and provide physical inter store transfer of merchandise.

e) Interior arrangement and design
f) Warehouse and shop floor organization and arrangement
Shop Image Projection
a) Arranging of relevant information to complement the in-shop display and vice-versa

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or higher education.
- Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work under pressure and support extended working hours during peak and festive seasons.
