<li>协助处理公司及项目的费用报销流程，确保单据完整、数据准确并符合公司制度。 Assist in processing company and project-related expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.</li>
<li>整理及维护账目资料、发票及原始凭证，以配合内部审核及会计师审计工作。 Organize and maintain accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents for internal review and external audit purposes.</li>
<li>协助准备财务报表、费用汇总表及相关数据整理。 Assist in the preparation of financial reports, expense summaries, and related data consolidation.</li>
<li>协助管理采购相关文件及合同付款记录，确保资料齐全及可追溯。 Support procurement-related documentation and contract payment records, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.</li>
<li>协助处理与会计公司、内部部门及管理层之间的财务沟通与文件协调。 Coordinate financial documentation and communication with the accounting firm, internal departments, and management.</li>
<li>处理基本行政及财务支持工作，并协助改善财务文件管理流程。 Provide general finance and administrative support and assist in improving document management processes</li>
<li>根据上级指示，协助处理其他与财务及行政相关的事项。 Perform other finance- and administration-related duties as assigned by management.</li>
