<li>&nbsp;Assist in preparing progress claims for Subcontractors (labour and machinery service subcontractors)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Record and track submissions and approval status for Client and Subcontractor claims</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in preparing weekly departmental reports</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in maintaining and updating deduction records for project progress claims</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in collecting, organising and submitting labour-related site instructions and supporting documents</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in recording and processing subcontractor final accounts and related documentation</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in compiling and tracking Variation Order (VO) items and their progress status for Client submissions</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager</li>
