<li>Ensure all workers comply with safety rules, wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and follow safe work practices.</li>
<li>Carry out daily Toolbox Meetings and weekly Safety Talks.</li>
<li>Investigate incidents and near-misses and prepare detailed investigation reports.</li>
<li>Liaise with subcontractors and ensure their compliance with site safety requirements.</li>
<li>Keep and maintain site safety documentation, including permits, inspection records, and safety reports.</li>
<li>Assist in developing and implementing the Site Safety Plan, Risk Assessments, and Emergency Response Plan.</li>
<li>Coordinate with authorities such as the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) when required.</li>
<li>Promote safety awareness among workers through safety campaigns and visual reminders.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and compiling relevant safety-related documents as required.</li>
<li>Perform duties as assigned and follow instructions from superiors and management.</li>
</ul>
