The Admin Executive (Intern) will assist in daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management. The role provides exposure to office coordination, documentation control, and basic HR administrative functions.
<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Assist in general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (hardcopy &amp; softcopy) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support in preparing reports, letters, and internal memos &nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordination with departments &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support HR/Admin team in employee records, attendance tracking, and documentation &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement requests &nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events, trainings, or meetings &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior</li>
