Angular Front-End Lead Engineer (Cross-Border Remittance Solutions)
We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead Engineer to join our team and lead the development of innovative, scalable, and user-centric front-end applications for our cross-border remittance solutions. This role requires expertise in Angular, C#, and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and optimizing applications that handle secure, high-volume transactions while delivering a seamless user experience.

<li>Application Development:</li>

<li>Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.</li>
<li>Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate with APIs built on C#.</li>
<li>Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, scalability, and security to support real-time, high-volume cross-border transactions.</li>

<li>Technical Leadership:</li>
</ol>

<li>Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.</li>
<li>Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.</li>

<li>Collaboration:</li>

<li>Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems, maintaining end-to-end system reliability.</li>

<li>Code Quality and Testing:</li>
</ol>

<li>Implement and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.</li>
<li>Write unit tests and support end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.</li>

</ol>

<li>Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and remittance technology.</li>
<li>Optimize applications for performance, ensuring minimal latency and maximum usability, even in low-bandwidth environments.</li>

<li>Ensure front-end solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, including AML/CFT guidelines.</li>
