&nbsp;The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development, planning, and execution of comprehensive 360° marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. This role oversees digital marketing, social media, brand communications, offline activations, CRM, product marketing, content direction, partnerships, and budget management, ensuring all marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with company objectives.
The Marketing Manager serves as the strategic bridge between marketing, commercial teams, retail, and management.
Strategic Marketing Planning &amp; Leadership

<li>Develop annual &amp; quarterly marketing strategies, roadmaps, and campaign calendars based on business goals.</li>
<li>Lead integrated brand and performance-driven initiatives that support revenue, customer growth, and retention.</li>
<li>Translate business objectives into clear marketing strategies across all channels.</li>
<li>Identify new market opportunities, emerging consumer trends, and competitive advantages.</li>
