The System Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the department in installing machines at client sites and servicing any faulty hardware. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues independently and provide quality support to clients.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Hardware Preparation &amp; Installation: Prepare, verify, deliver, and install POS operation system hardware for clients.</li>
<li>Support &amp; Troubleshooting: Provide online or onsite support services, diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues or malfunctions.</li>
<li>Customer Image Data Implementation: Assist with customer image data implementations as needed.</li>
<li>Ticket Management: Check, respond, and resolve tasks assigned via the ticketing system.</li>
<li>Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time.</li>
</ul>
