Your Role &amp; Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth software operations for clients and internal teams by:  
- Delivering technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person for accounting, POS, and payroll software.   - Diagnosing and resolving software issues promptly to minimize downtime.   - Installing, configuring, and maintaining software across desktops, servers, and networks.   - Troubleshooting basic network connectivity and performance challenges.   - Collaborating on IT projects to enhance system efficiency and user experience.   - Documenting technical processes and training staff/clients on software best practices.
