About Our Culture

As a Data Product Manager at TROOPERS, you will lead the development of data-driven solutions that empower smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and product innovation across our gig workforce platform. You will work cross-functionally with business, engineering, and design teams to build impactful data products—including dashboards, reporting systems, and internal tools—anchored in measurable business value. Your mission: ensure data becomes a strategic asset across all levels of the organization.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Data Product Strategy: Define and own the vision and roadmap for data products, aligning with business objectives and enabling cross-functional teams to act on data insights.</li>
<li>Requirements &amp; Execution: Translate business goals into clear data models, data requirements, success metrics, and user stories. Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality dashboards, analytics tools, and data models. Respond to data requests from stakeholders.</li>
<li>Insight Delivery &amp; UAT: Lead the UAT process to ensure data accuracy, usability, and relevance. Support teams in interpreting data outputs and integrating them into decision-making workflows.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal users—such as recruiters, client managers, and operations leads—to validate pain points, identify data needs, and continuously evolve product functionality.</li>
