Through five dynamic rotations (2-5 months for each attachment), you'll gain hands-on experience, strategic insights, and mentorship across key operational functions. Get ready to master business strategy, operational excellence, and leadership, setting you up for a high-impact career!

🔹 Onboarding &amp; Business Immersion

<li>Gain a comprehensive understanding of Troopers’ business model, values, and strategic goals.</li>
<li>Introduction to key operational functions and alignment with company objectives.</li>

🔹 Attachment 1: On-Ground Experience (Warehouse, Logistics, F&amp;B, FMCG) 
<ul>
<li>Hands-on training in supply chain, inventory management, and customer experience.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Attachment 2: Profile Screening &amp; Recruitment via the TROOPERS app&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage relationships with key clients on the Troopers App.</li>
<li>Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions for business growth.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Attachment 3: Project &amp; Event Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end project management from planning to execution.</li>
<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client objectives.</li>
</ul>
🔹 Attachment 4: Client &amp; Key Account Management 
<ul>
<li>Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.</li>
<li>Negotiate deals, form strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.</li>
