<p>As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.<br></p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.</li>
<li>Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.</li>
<li>Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow and etc.</li>
<li>Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.</li>
<li>Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the property industry.</li>
<li>Updates on weekly/monthly sales report &amp; perform related work as assigned.</li>
<li>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.</li>
