 About the Role
Join TROVE Haven and be part of a premium retail and wellness experience. As a part-time team member, you will support both retail and spa operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
• Support retail sales of fragrances, skincare, and wellness products
• Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure store and spa environment is well-presented at all times
• Support daily operations including stock handling and basic admin tasks
• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized customer experience

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
• Interest in skincare, wellness, and luxury retail
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Prior retail or spa experience is a plus (not mandatory)
