In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping our brand’s voice across various social platforms, develop content that resonates with our audience, and drive meaningful engagement. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life, experiment with new formats and trends, and make data-driven decisions to grow our online presence.

What you’ll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, weekly product drops, and retention goals.</li>
<li>Ideate, plan, shoot, and edit compelling content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including static, video, carousels, Stories, Reels, and TikToks.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end content production including photography, videography, copywriting, and editing—ensuring all output aligns with brand tone, direction, and values.</li>
<li>Write engaging captions and social copy to complement visual content.</li>
<li>Plan and execute campaign shoots, including third-party collaborations and KOL content planning.</li>
<li>Schedule, post, and manage all social media content across channels.</li>
<li>Engage with the online community through comments, DMs.</li>
<li>Post real-time coverage of seasonal/live events via Stories and posts.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategy and boost engagement.</li>
<li>Handle ad-hoc content needs, urgent revisions, and event-based activations to support wider marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Support, train, and mentor junior team members, fostering creativity and upskilling the team.</li>
</ul>
