&nbsp;The Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive is responsible for developing and executing VM
strategies that enhance brand presentation, optimize store performance, and ensure
compliance with company standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and
collaboration across retail, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful in‑store
experiences. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>﻿﻿Plan and execute seasonal themes, launches, and campaigns, optimise layouts for visibility and flow.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Use data analytics to assess display effectiveness, address underperforming products.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Conduct audits, ensure consistency in signage and placement, and maintain safety compliance.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Deliver VM training and coaching to store staff.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Represent retail perspective in campaign planning, propose executable alternatives.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Submit monthly brand-experience reports, consolidate store feedback.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Monitor VM trends, maintain rolling 12-month VM plan.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Manage VM budget, provide quarterly utilisation reports.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Own ongoing visual design for operating stores post-launch.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Assist with event setups under event lead direction.</li>
<li>﻿﻿Provide in-store market insights to inform design and product decisions.</li>

• Retail brand running regular launches and in-store campaigns.
• Own in-store visual design, shape campaigns and product choices, drive impact!
