<li>Provide technical support for company products and services</li>
<li>Troubleshoot POS system issues and assist customers in resolving problems</li>
<li>Support helpdesk and call center operations as first-level support</li>
<li>Create and follow up support tickets until case closure</li>
<li>Assist in system setup and configuration for clients</li>
<li>Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before new product releases</li>
<li>Provide basic user training and ongoing support</li>
<li>Generate daily and monthly helpdesk reports</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues</li>
<li>Maintain and update documentation</li>
<li>Assist in creating ticket for bug fixes</li>
<li>Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor</li>
</ul>

This job is an internship in IT where you&#x27;ll help customers fix technical issues and support products. You might like this job because you&#x27;ll gain hands-on experience, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to real projects while learning from a supportive team!
