Job Description
We are accepting applications for motivated and talented Interns to join us starting in early July 2026.
- Provide technical support for company products and services
- Troubleshoot POS system issues and assist customers in resolving problems
- Support helpdesk and call center operations as first-level support
- Create and follow up support tickets until case closure
- Assist in system setup and configuration for clients
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before new product releases
- Provide basic user training and ongoing support
- Generate daily and monthly helpdesk reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain and update documentation
- Assist in creating ticket for bug fixes
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must, and English (reading, speaking, typing)
- Basic Malay and Cantonese is an added advantage
- Final year IT / Computer Science students or equivalent
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Internship duration: minimum 4–6 months
