Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure their needs are understood and met effectively. This includes attending appointments individually or with team members, delivering presentations, obtaining client approvals, and following up on payment collection. Site meetings and visits may also be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales prospects while maintaining a
    robust project pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Support Team to develop effective solutions for quotation and
    proposal preparation.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to generate comprehensive sales reports.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking activities and strategic cold calling.
  • Work collaboratively within teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve superior results.
  • Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to enhance service delivery and support team performance.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience with proven track record in sales, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Added advantage if candidate has experience in Point of Sales (POS) Systems industry.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, able to work independently with minimum supervision and desire to deliver results.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required to adapt to business needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data collection and customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
