Job Description
We are launching a new handbag brand under Twinkle Brand Creator Studio, characterized by a fusion of minimalism, sophistication, and emotional resonance in every creation. This project aims to produce elegant, functional bags that appeal to contemporary women seeking both beauty and utility in their daily accessories.
As we expand our founding team, we are in search of a Handbag Designer who is enthusiastic about meticulous craftsmanship, contemporary aesthetics, and conveying brand narratives through product design.
In the role of Handbag Designer, you will spearhead the creation of our essential bag collections. You will turn ideas into production-ready samples while collaborating closely with our branding, marketing, and manufacturing teams to craft distinctive designs that embody the brand’s core values and identity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handbag or accessories design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-production work
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software, with experience in developing full tech packs and production-ready specifications
- Deep understanding of bag construction, functionality, material sourcing, and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to develop prototypes, work with sample makers, and oversee revisions from draft to final product
- Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for shape, balance, color, and proportion
- Familiarity with consumer trends, especially in minimalist, lifestyle, or fashion-forward markets
- Highly independent, proactive, and capable of leading design directions with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, content, and production teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills to clearly present ideas and product rationale

- Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands
- Familiar with sustainable design practices and supply chain efficiency
- Able to manage junior designers if needed
- Knowledge of leather grading, hardware durability, or ergonomic bag design
