Job Description
- Report and provide feedback to the Head of Operations, collaborating closely with assigned departments on projects.
- Demonstrate creativity, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask, while following instructions effectively.
- Independently execute design projects from concept to completion.
- Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Exhibit excellent time management, flexibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Maintain composure and efficiency while working under pressure.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the advertising or graphic design industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, passionate, self-motivated, and independent, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong creativity and conceptualization skills.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
