<li>Preparing proper report for recognition, compliance and incentives.</li>
<li>Accurately and thoroughly gathers data required for decision analysis, and defines and solves routine problems.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Prioritizes work and takes initiative to perform tasks or project as assigned with quality result in a competitive environment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of KPI report &amp; analysis, recognition, distributor conduct and other related matter.</li>
<li>Regular education of Policies and Procedure to the field through a variety of channels such as Brand Representative meetings, website and magazine.</li>

<li>Gives and receives written and verbal communication effectively and keeping relevant parties informed on the progress in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>
