🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing & Quote Executive to support customer pricing, quotation preparation, and profitability analysis. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Program Management, Finance, Materials, and Suppliers to ensure accurate quotations, competitive pricing, and sustainable business margins.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations in accordance with internal pricing policies and approval processes.
   
• Review and validate pricing to ensure competitiveness and margin accuracy across both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
   
• Maintain and update customer price books, costing models, and pricing data within quotation tools and ERP systems.
   
• Support strategic pricing initiatives, including the development and enhancement of pricing models.
   
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Materials, Finance, Program Management, and Suppliers to optimize customer costing and pricing strategies.
   
• Monitor and track win/loss data, providing insights to improve sales performance and identify revenue opportunities.
   
• Prepare and analyze margin, pricing, and profitability reports to support business decision-making.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
   
• Experience in pricing, costing, quotation, or sales operations is an advantage
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
   
• High attention to detail and accuracy
   
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
   
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and pricing
