Aaron Chong founded Ultimate Closer Masterclass in 2019 when he realized there is a huge issue which he was repeatedly see happening in the market, and this problem was also a problem he faced in the past when he started doing sales.
Many salespeople & entrepreneurs had little to no sales training, and even if they did, it wasn't very effective, and most of the time when he tried to learn from others in the past, he was always met with either people who were too busy to teach, or they don't exactly know how to coach people. This causes a lot of salespeople to do sales by winging it or copying how they see others do it whether on movies or real life experiences, and it was not very pleasant for the buyer. He too hated being pushed by salespeople to buy. At the same time, great courses on sales were inaccessible by any normal person as they have minimum required attendees and usually serving big companies.
So armed with his years of research and practical experience in doing sales that is breaking the norm of how usually sales is done, which is non-pushy and non-salesy, he ventured into spreading this knowledge and make it accessible to people who were always out there, who are honest about their sales job and business, but lacking guidance in sales skills & strategy.
It wasn't easy in the first place, where he had no experience training, coaching or speaking to people at scale, however Aaron pushed past this and made it a mission to do whatever it takes to be able to convey this knowledge.
When those that received this knowledge began getting results that were beyond their expectation, Aaron knew he was on the right track. To date, Aaron has spoken to more than 20,000 people and trained over 4000 students in sales with a combined sales results of over half a billion (RM 500 million).
