&nbsp;Your primary responsibilities will be:

<li>To provide effective counseling services to students, who are looking for admissions in colleges and universities in Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Ireland.</li>
<li>To liaise with counterparts from colleges and universities for student counselling and admission.</li>
<li>Handle and follow up closely on all walk-ins, email inquiries, incoming calls, and leads from recruitment activities promptly and effectively, ensuring all inquiries have a high conversion rate into applications and enrollments.</li>
<li>Provide assistance and advice to students on course applications, visa applications, accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements, and any other after-sales services, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout their journey.</li>
<li>To support and execute all activities with regards for enrolment such as admission registration, Scholar Search (annual events), school visits and other related events.</li>
<li>To maintain good product knowledge of the tertiary education industry, institution offerings, as well as career &amp; study pathways.</li>
<li>To achieve the targets set by the Company in terms of student engagement and enrolment (commission based on target achieved).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to share best practices and enhance overall performance</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as directed by the management.</li>
</ul>
