The Telesales Executive cum Sales plays a hybrid role combining outbound telesales with business development. The position is responsible for engaging potential customers or donors through outbound calls, driving lead-generation efforts, and supporting client acquisition strategies. This role plays a critical part in expanding market reach, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into long-term relationships, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.&nbsp;
<ins>Telesales Executive</ins>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate effectively within a small team to meet sales goals, guided by a team leader's coaching and support.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed fixed-rate targets and lead contact rate KPIs.</li>
<li>Engage donors with a positive and friendly attitude, creating opportunities to pitch products related to acquisition, conversion, upgrades, and reactivation.</li>
<li>Handle objections effectively to close sales and improve donor engagement.</li>
<li>Maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services based on donor needs and capabilities.</li>
<li>Accurately update donor interactions in the CRM system.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Log both positive and negative customer feedback to help improve overall satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure all fulfilment requests and data are submitted correctly to the processing team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Follow up or assign next actions per contact centre SOPs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide suggestions for process improvements and actively participate in initiatives to enhance call centre effectiveness.</li>
<li>Quickly adapt and settle into new responsibilities as needed.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members.</li>
<li>Participate in training, coaching, and marketing-related activities assigned by management.</li>

Lead Generation &amp; Management:&nbsp;

<li>Develop and execute strategies to grow the lead pipeline in the Malaysia and Singapore market.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Generate leads through cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups on marketing inquiries.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Qualify leads by identifying the right decision-makers, including C-level executives, for JAG Group Services.</li>
<li>Pre-qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the Client Management Team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage a sales funnel, track opportunities, and support long-term business development.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify trends, potential industries, and competitor activities for strategic business planning.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and contact information.&nbsp;</li>
