Job Description

• Assist in planning and managing social media content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads. 
• Edit short-form and long-form video content for brand channels. 
• Design simple thumbnails, graphics, and visual assets for posts and videos. 
• Write engaging captions and copy that align with the brand’s tone and audience. 
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. 
• Monitor content performance and support basic reporting and analytics. 
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates. 
• Collaborate with the media team on content planning. 
• Ensure content is uploaded on time and follows brand guidelines. 

Job Requirements

• Basic skills in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools. 
• Familiar with major social media platforms and current content trends. 
• Able to create simple and visually appealing thumbnails and graphics. 
• Good writing and communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
• Organized and able to manage posting schedules and deadlines. 
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment. 
• Portfolio or sample social media content is an added advantage. 

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts. 
• Basic photography or videography skills. 
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube content strategy. 
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media insights.
