UNLOCKING THE POWER OF CLOTHING

<li>This role is responsible for developing season Brand plans and key product marketing plans working together with global headquarter in Japan as well as local Malaysia marketing team. The aim of the role is to establish Uniqlo LifeWear in Malaysia market by developing robust season template plans as well as weekly template plans incorporating both the intent of global plans and local business needs.</li>
<li>Develop Brand and product marketing strategies and plans on an annual/seasonal basis.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Global Marketing team in Japan and local Marketing team to co-develop season and weekly marketing plans.</li>
<li>Establish understanding of Uniqlo LifeWear with breakthrough communication that elevates the brand and supports the key brand attributes through product marketing communication.</li>
<li>Ensure optimized product marketing communication for the Malaysia consumer for all product marketing materials.</li>
<li>Strategize local plan of the assigned products, to close the gap of Global &amp; Local needs.</li>
<li>Lead the development of local activations, creative, event, influencer initiatives as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct business analyses and post marketing campaign reviews.</li>
<li>Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor.</li>
</ul>
