Role Description: Senior Brand & Marketing Executive (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking a proactive and independent Senior Marketing Executive to lead and support our strategic marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who works well with minimal supervision and is passionate about brand growth and consumer engagement. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day marketing activities including market planning, market research, communication, sales, and general marketing tasks. And work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & execute the brand and marketing campaigns
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategic decisions and spot growth opportunities
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, retail, and event marketing
• Drive product launches, promotions, and campaign execution from concept to completion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations teams
• Monitor marketing performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize campaigns

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in a marketing or brand role, preferably in FMCG, retail, or the baby care industry
• Strong background in brand management, campaign planning, and execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinker with experience in consumer behavior and market trend analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant marketing tools
• Highly proactive, with a positive, can-do attitude
• Works independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player
