JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Prepare sub-contractors progress payments

2) Prepare cost and quantity breakdown for sub-contractor’s variation works submissions

3) Measurement of quantities

4) Perform materials wastage checking on regular basis

5) Prepare materials requirement for procurement

6) Obtain drawings in timely manner

7) Issue drawings in timely manner

8) Update and maintain drawing register properly

9) Prepare necessary reports for superior

10) Compliance to ISO procedures

11) Assist in compilation of documents for Letter of Award and Work Orders

12) Any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
   
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years’ relevant working experience is an advantage.
   
• Basic understanding of contract forms (e.g., PAM, JKR, FIDIC) is beneficial.
