As a Digitalization Intern, you will support process improvement initiatives, automation development, and internal ticket handling within the organization. You’ll work alongside with Digitalization Manager to gain exposure to real digital transformation projects using platforms such as Monday.com and Zapier.
Key responsibilities:
Ticket Management
● Support internal teams by triaging and updating tickets (bugs, automation requests, process changes).
● Assist in simple issue investigation or execution of low-complexity requests.
● Monitor task progress and help ensure timely closure based on SLA.
Process Documentation
● Draft, update, and format SOPs and workflow documents.
● Assist in converting knowledge into clear documentation for internal use, onboarding.
● Assist in internal review cycles to improve clarity and accuracy.
Automation Support
● Assist in creating and testing basic automation flows.
● Document manual processes and identify automation opportunities.
● Log outcomes such as time saved or error reduction for team improvement.
Process Research & Improvement
● Conduct basic research on tools, benchmarks, and best practices.
● Help analyze process bottlenecks and propose small improvements.
● Track and present small insights in weekly team updates.
Team Collaboration
● Attend team huddles, take initiative on assigned tasks, and escalate when necessary.
● Deliver simple weekly updates and reflect on learnings or process challenges.
