What learning opportunities/initiatives do we have? 

We’re looking for a finance and execution specialist to support and implement Versa’s long term objectives and set its course. This role is highly strategic; it offers the opportunities to learn across multiple disciplines within Versa as well as to lead high-priority projects. You’ll work closely with the management team, strategy, product, and operations teams to analyze financial data, optimize costs, in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</li>
<ol>
<li>Develop financial models to assess new product launches, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports with deep dives into unit economics, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV)</li>
<li>Partner with Finance, Department Heads and project managers on end-to-end budget cycle including planning, actual utilization tracking, forecasting</li>
</ol>
<li>Transformation &amp; Programme Management</li>
<ol>
<li>Collaborate with management to develop long-term strategic plans and short-term operational plans</li>
<li>Act as Programme Manager to ensure all projects are executed in compliance with company standards, as well as regulations where applicable</li>
<li>Develop dashboards, executive summaries, and weekly/monthly reports to monitor project outcomes against OKRs and market dynamics</li>
<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement, recommend corrective actions and support strategic decision-making</li>
</ol>
<li>Business Partnering &amp; Commercial Support</li>
<ol>
<li>Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to evaluate ROI on campaigns, promotions, and partnerships</li>
<li>Conduct competitor analysis to identify the trends, gaps and opportunities to drive revenue, efficiency, and productivity</li>
</ol>
<li>Performance Monitoring</li>
<ol>
<li>Monitor and analyze the performance of business units against OKRs/strategic goals, and prepare regular management performance reports and dashboards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct cohort analysis and user segmentation to identify trends and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Present actionable insights to leadership with a focus on scalability and efficiency</li>
