The Responsibilities:

<li>&nbsp;Define product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features aligned with user needs, business goals, and market opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct user research and testing to uncover pain points and collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences</li>
<li>Identify gaps &amp; opportunities to improve products, features &amp; offerings</li>
<li>Lead development of clear product requirements and user stories to guide engineering on what to build</li>
<li>Analyze usage data to track adoption, engagement, and improvement areas</li>
<li>Work closely with:</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Marketing to hit customer acquisition goals and targets</li>
<li>Engineers, designers, and testers to define features, write specs, user stories, create wireframes and prototypes</li>
<li>Customer-facing team to handle product related queries and integrate customer feedback into product requirements</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lead, train and mentor the Product team towards a customer-driven product culture while managing team budget</li>
</ul>
