About the Role:
We are looking for someone with excellent creativity and good writing skills to be part of a Growth squad. You will be the creative and analytical engine responsible for designing and executing customer sales journeys and engagement campaigns.

Your mission is clear: increase the Deposits Managed (DM) from our existing user base, drive adoption of new features (like auto-debit), and grow the overall investment portfolio of Versa users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Sales Journeys: Design, map, and implement end-to-end customer journeys focused on key conversion points, such as converting first-time depositors into repeat, habitual investors. 
• Prepare copywriting of in-app messages, push notifications and email to nudge users to invest with Versa.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on all communications (email, push, in-app) to continuously improve click-through rates, deposit conversion, and transaction frequency.
• Segmentation: Utilize customer data to create highly targeted user segments for personalized and relevant campaign delivery.
• Customer Lifecycle & Retention Marketing: Implement CRM and email marketing campaigns to engage users, encourage repeat deposits, and reduce churn
• Upsell & Cross-sell Initiatives: Promote new funds, features (e.g., auto-debit), and higher-value products to the existing user base to increase their investment portfolio
• Support implementation of marketing campaigns and marketing operations to achieve business objectives and targets
• Write appropriate copy/content for marketing campaigns and brand strategy, including material for print ads and digital platforms

Job Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in a Growth, CRM, or Customer Lifecycle Marketing role, preferably within a Fintech, E-commerce, or Digital Financial Services environment.
• Writing & Creativity: Excellent creativity and strong copywriting/writing skills with a proven ability to translate product features into engaging, customer-centric benefits.
• Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversion rates, LTV, churn rate) and using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, internal dashboards) to inform strategy.
• Required language(s): English, Malay

1. Mandarin would be an advantage

• Possess a good blend of creativity and execution excellence, with a strong growth mindset
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides), Canva and social media Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
